I had a ticket purchased through Vola, bought in January with the departure date of June 29 to Valencia, Spain, I sent about 3 emails to them and at the moment they have not given me any answer to refund or at least voucher pt. the ticket purchased ....... I think I was left with the lost money ...... I don't even answer the phone ...... and the mail lasts a week .......... ......
