Sam is the guy helped me to choose a suitable package for my new home. Initially, I was not too sure what kind of package was right for my home. I asked Sam tones of questions on the phone for more than 40 mins.He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly his good attitude and patience are both beyond my expectation. He listened to me carefully and understood what's my concern. This customer service was the best experience for me so far. And Sam does not like other company sale person tries to push you hard to make a purchase. Peter the installer was very helpful and explained everything to us.
