I love True Accord's online presence. I was a collection agent for Pacific Bell many years ago so I know what goes into getting debt paid and off the books. However I hate dealing with collection agents. I want to pay my debts but being disabled now my budget is very limited. Being able to set up a plan that fit me without dealing with a human who is trying to guilt me into making payments that I truly can't afford was truly a miracle!! I'm planning on getting my other bills set up with you but it will take a little longer. I can't get my brain fog to clear very often so I try to budget my time going through paperwork and responsibilities. Getting old and decrepit is not for the weak! I need a full time Personal Assistant just to deal with medical issues, forget about bills!! Thank you to your founders for creating this company because I'm sure that they had to run a Navy Seal Obstacle Course to get all the approvals from the government and credit industries. Bless you!!
