I only have one complaint about AutoNation Subaru West: the pressure tactics to get you to buy their coverage policies. I was about ready to back out of my deal because they were pushing me to buy policies and protections that I did not want. DON'T BE PRESSURED INTO THIS. I want to give this place 5 stars, but that bothered me so much I chose to give them 4.

The store was nice, clean, and sanitized. The staff is professional and polite. They offer you bottled water, too, which doesn't seem like much, but is nice when it's 90+ degrees outside!

I worked with Dan Carne, a Sales Associate at the dealership. Dan was great! He was very helpful, quick to respond, willing to answer any questions, and patient. He never once tried to push me into buying the car. If you work with Dan, know you are in good hands.

During the test drive, my wife and I noticed a burning smell coming from the vehicle. When we told Dan about this issue, he acted quickly and sent it into the mechanic shop the next day. He reached out to us as soon as he found out that their was nothing wrong with the vehicle.

As all dealerships go, the day we bought the vehicle, it took FREAKING FOREVER! I'd suggest going in with a plan of buying the vehicle the next day, that way they might be able to have all the papers ready for you before you arrive.
