The advice, service and treatment my daughter received for her concussion at Winona Health was sub standard to say the least--as a father, I am concerned about the lack of empathy and professionalism the staff showed towards college age students at Winona. I hope my daughter does not require further medical attention while she is attending college in the Winona community.
