This hotel had all the makings to be fantastic, however we experienced the worst night of our entire overseas vacation here. We booked a room with a sundeck only to be put in a dark substandard room. The management staff managed our situation extremely poorly. We were placed in the room without even being told that there were no rooms available we booked... it took me having a very heated conversation with management for them to admit to their mistakes. I wouldn t ever return to this place!!!
