I ordered a radiator I gave the correct info about...

I ordered a radiator I gave the correct info about my truck their site said the radiator I ordered was the right one for my truck. WRONG ....the hoses on the wrong side, no mounting brackets,Which were part of the old radiator .Tried online help to no avail, Called their office the only help they offered was to tell me to try online help. catch 22 YOU CANNOT WIN with Rockauto if you have a problem they simply don't care !!!!!!
