God awful Customer Service. When they short your order, they put the Customer in a position of having to reorder the missing parts under a new purchase order, even though, they (RA) have the same parts in standing inventory.A retarded way of operating. When asking for recompense or compensation of time lost and job interruption, they (RA)simply come back with" Oh well, that's unfortunate", no compensation.You the Customer must take the time and interruption as a loss. Very poor business philosophy.BBB rating has a 31% Negative Customer rating for this Co. How do they plan on staying in Business with this kind of Customer dissatisfaction. Ostrich with it's head in the ground?Gonna loose you rear end ,sooner or later.
