Horrible, just horrible. They called me and said I owe Verizon Wireless $230.00 and they are the debt collectors. When I question what I owe them for and from when, the collector could not answer. I immediately called Verizon and they disagreed and said I do not have an past due or outstanding account with them. The Verizon rep says it maybe a scam and not to give any of my information to them.
