Go rent a normal office monthly. They hide your second month fees from a deduction of security deposit. They don t expect to pay you back your deposits. They will make it impossible to give you back your desposits. If you choose to use this place make sure you get a copy of your contract. They don t actually give you. They don t disclose the parking costs ahead of time supposedly you can get cheaper parking they won t tell you about this. The key card doesn t give you elevator access. They say discount Parking still 350 per month not included in your costs. They don t share this info. They never emailed me my password when they were supposed too. Parking is 400 aed or more per month if you work 5 days a week 4 Hours a day. Go somewhere else. They will make any excuse not to give you your deposit money. They say you have to wait 30 days to revive your deposits. There are other locations. They make you wait 1 hour to find excuse to not give you deposit. Staff has an attitude the manager also act like he s high from everyone. They want you to walk away from 425 AED like it s no big deal. The shock on their face when I ask for this is proof they are not prepared and they make it difficult. Support staff outside of manager and two front girls are nice. The girls and man are high to themselves. You would be wise do business else where.
