Hospital staff/ facilities are excellent. However, the valet experience when checking out was absolutely ridiculous and unfortunately that cancelled out the excellent experience at Zale. It s not very fun when you step out of the hospital, start looking for your valet ticket when you re 20 feet away from the valet stand (and not actually standing in line), and the lady at the valet stand literally shouts at you to see if you re ready to check out (couldn t see her name tag, but it was an older black lady). She was actually visibly getting upset when we were still finding our ticket (we re still 20 feet away from her, mind you) and when we finally found our ticket, she definitely let us know how her yelling at us was our fault because she didn t know if we were ready or not ....
