If I could rate them a zero I would. We called prior to coming in for an emergency vet visit and they said they could take us, we get there and say it s a 3-4 hour wait. When I discussed other emergency vets they said it ll be a 3-4 hour wait also and they said they would call us back. Luckily we didn t wait for there 3 minute call back and went to another emergency vet who took him in within 5 minutes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
