This is the worst company we have ever rented from...

This is the worst company we have ever rented from. Lisa Jacobs is the corporate manager over the complex we lived in for a couple years. She won't return phone calls even when it's an important matter regarding a rent payment that ECI didn't submit properly and my bank confirmed this. She also doesn't resolve any matters that have been brought to hear attention and her attitude is awful towards tenants and staff.
