Took my truck in for service. I signed a form stating what we discussed. Two days later no truck to drive home and nothing done. Now I am on the mailing list with wrong name asking for trade in. They offered no courtesy vehicle to use while my truck was in the shop, unlike most dealerships, whose sole purpose is to sell new vehicles. This is the only place that my insurance refers to as the closest dealership for my vehicle, so stuck having to go through such horrific service over and over...
