I recently had an experience with a financial services company. The service was good, but there were a few areas that could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and the staff was knowledgeable. However, the communication could have been clearer and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, it was a decent experience.
