Strongly recommend not to get furniture from these guys. When I first bought it, the experience wasn t as good, but it s bearable. One fine day, we suddenly heard a sound coming from the sofa. Upon checking, we realised one of the spring had came out. We tried contacting HipVan on this matter.

They replied a few days later after I sent a chaser. Interestingly, they don t reply to me, even though I m using the email address that I signed up for a HipVan account.

They just sent me a sms to inform they re delivering on Monday without arranging with me. Best thing is the contact number stated. The dates and hours are wrong! Left without a choice, i had to email them again. After emailing them, they cancelled the Monday slot for us, and re-arranged with us. But the delivery was late for hours! They claimed they attempted to contact me. We had returned their calls 4x at least, but nobody picks up.

When the guys finally came, the furniture was worst than what we had previously, hence we only changed the seat. However, the guys don t seem to know what they re doing and took a way long time. They don t seem apologetic and joke around. This entire episode from HipVan is unacceptable. I will never visit their stuff, and definitely not recommend anyone getting from them.

We had to miss a few important appointments today. And we bought tickets to attractions which we had to forgo it. It is very disappointing. Waste of our precious time and money.
