Unfortunately, we had a negative experience with Vandergriff Hyundai. We decided to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and it wasn t until we were ready to buy did the salesman inform us the car wasn t Certified.

We confirmed the car was listed on Vandergriff s website, as well as the national website, as Certified, but the Manager explained the intention isn t to always certify them prior to sale. The salesman apologized for the confusion and said this has happened in the past, but failed to offer any remedy to the deceptive advertising. We felt the salesman and Manager were disingenuous and declined to purchase the vehicle.

I would not recommend this dealership for the purchase of a new or used car.
