Quite often, people are quick to fire off angry emails complaining about poor service but not everyone takes the time to send a message when something has gone well.

On Tuesday 2nd March, Tim from Comm-Tech visited our school to patch in the wi-fi for our new offices to our comms cabinet. When I explained our cabinet was mounted high up in a working classroom, he didn't bat an eyelid - he even had his own ladder (that never happens!) He quietly and efficiently got on with the job without any fuss or bother.

When Tim had completed the work, I asked him about the wi-fi access point we had received, where should it go, who would install it and generally daft questions from someone who finds technology quite challenging at the best of times! I think he must have taken pity on me and after making a phone call, proceeded to put up his ladder, remove a ceiling tile and install the access point ensuring our new offices were covered immediately.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Tim and Comm-Tech for such a great service and I hope ICT Solutions continue to use your organisation.
