Just No. They dont communicate properly, Rene in sales has to be begged to assist with correct quotes and stock availability. Items that are not in stock are placed on back-order and you are just told that it will take 6 to 8 weeks. Stock confirmation before you order takes days and a couple of phone calls. I requested a refund through Koenie and dont get through to her anymore because every time Bianca answers the phone and then Koenie is not available and you are promised that she will call back but that never happens. Thank God I only needed to order from them once, all my commercial accounts have since been moved to FTS Safety & Extreme Safety Wear in Durban.
