Booked through Expedia. What a racket I check in and the front desk tells me although I paid for a king size bed because I booked through a third party they can basically put me anywhere. That third parties will tell you anything to book you. Then why are you doing business with them? I looked on there website plenty of King rooms available. Caught them Lying I called Double tree customer service back a fourth with these people until concierge in the hotel set me up in a King size room disaster. Broken Ac rattling all night outdated fixtures the hallway smelled of alcohol and urine they had loud fans near my door blowing all night. I always expect more from double tree. Very disappointed.
