Ignore Joel Duffy's great review. Joel Duffy is an insurance agent for Sheets Draper Insurance. And guess what insurance his agency sells? IMT !!!! So, his review is absolutely useless.

An insurance Companies reviews should be based upon people who have actually had a problem because that his when you need your insurance. I currently have IMT but am considering leaving after hearing very bad things about the company. I do not want to wait until I have a disaster to see whether they will take care of me.

The current complaint I have is that my auto insurance must be paid annually. Otherwise it is over $150.00 more per year. That is outrageous. I can see getting an extra fee for paying monthly or quarterly but over $150.00. Really?
