Horrible GREEDY council, Where is our council TAX going you can't even pay for staff with half a brain? 45 minutes to get through to them finally get through to a rude bimbo who only knows how to direct you to their website! Called again at 4:40pm on a Friday, went through all the options to speak to a bimbo which took 10 minutes then to be told by an answer machine our offices are now closed please call back between 8:45am-5:15pm between Monday to Friday but hello it's only 4:50pm and you should be open.
