Was at the Hotel for 2 nights! We utilized most of all the facilities and we found everything to be clean, workers were pleasant and cheerful. Jorge the Valet/Bellman, blonde older woman with glasses floor worker (red shirt) extremely nice!
Playback on machines was very poor, nominal at BEST! Just wanna have some fun, not like we were taking ANY $ home, just wanna play.
Our casino host was not there and the Front Desk Clerk was not very helpful when it was time to anti up with our company $$. Went to checkout trying to utilize something to pay for our two day parking fee $50.? With comp dollars $100. To valet for two days?
WOW! A little extreme! Not VEGAS!
