Gilbert is a refreshingly transparent and honest salesman. He was clear with the price breakdown from the beginning. He gave me very simple and straight forward answers to all my questions. He went above and beyond and allowed us to take a picture of the car with the bow on it (see the attachment).

I didn't feel the need to haggle as the car was already priced very competitively. Their finance accountant, Renee, is amazing. He's also honest and speaks to you openly and with a great sense of humor.

It was honestly my first excellent experience buying a car from these guys.
