Recently, my husband and I were searching for a used SUV. We tried all of the used car lots on the motor mile. All of them except for the Big "O" and one other business wouldn't give us the time of day. No salesperson would even come out to greet us after we made it very apparent that we were strongly interested in buying a car. One place the sales associate saw us, didn't acknowledge us, and turned back around and kept talking to his buddy. At the Big "O", we were promptly approached by a polite, young gentleman. We told him what we were looking for and he was honest and upfront with us that they didn't have anything that came close to what we were looking for. He didn't waste our time trying to sell us something we didn't want. I greatly appreciate that.
