automated phone line is the worst! and if you lose...

automated phone line is the worst! and if you lose your card on a weekend, your out of luck. you can only freeze your account but not order a new card until monday. basically you can't resolve any issues after 5 or on the weekend. waited 3 weeks for my card and tried to activated my card twice and both times the card didn't work!!!! they said that the bank cards that they sent out had a glitch and won't be working until the end of the day!!! horrible bank!!!!!!!
