I had a valid complaint and submitted a ticket like Bingo Blitz tells you to. That ticket was closed without a reply. I have sent a few more tickets asking for a reply and they were never opened. A simple reply would be sufficient and would make me happy. They do not follow up with their customer complaints. Bad business practices.
