Where do I start? First off I had my car dropped off to the dealer on a Thursday and they checked out the problem, a lady by the name of Rebecca called me and said I needed another ABS control module and it would cost $1700. Needless to say I told them to proceed with fixing it. I was told my car would be ready by Saturday or no later than Monday. Well Monday came and I didn't hear anything from them. I called up there and was told oh I'm sorry we are still working on it and by the way we discovered that you need another part that goes with the ABS control module. It works hand in hand and It was in the "fine print" and we looked over it, is what Rebecca told me. Now I'm thinking to myself why would another part be in the "fine print" if it works hand in hand with the ABS control module? To make matters worse with the additional part that Rebecca said I needed brought my total to $2300. But they gave me a %10 discount on parts and labor that brought my total to $2081. Dtill not what I wanted to hear. Well I went ahead and told them to repair it because at this point they had my car going on half a week. So 3 days later I finally get my car back, but wait I'm not finished! Four days later my car started acting up again giving me the same problem. I could barely make it down the street going 20 miles per hour. At this point you can only imagine the frustration I was feeling. I took my car right back up there. I'm a single father who has been paying uber for over a week just to get around for me and my kids. Which your talking $11 a ride. And now I'm going to have to go through this again. This service department has to be the worse around. I spent over $2000 and I'm out of a car again. Makes me question if they even fixed anything. Whoever the general manager is, they need to look into this ASAP. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership. And I mean NEVER!!!
