Moving to Sedgebrook Life Care Community has been the best decision of our young married life! When Katie showed us the unit, we walked in, looked out over the Terrace area to Plume Lake, bordered by the Des Plaines Walking Trail - we bought it on the spot!

Writer's Group and Garden Club have been my favorite activities thus far. Oh yes, we have a Men's Discussion Group to encourage fellowship as well. Each activity functions like a small community - an opportunity to get to know others, and learn new and important information.

We happen to love 95% of the excellent food selections which include plant-based choices as well as gluten-free alternatives.

We are kept safe with weekly COVID-19 testing [results in 72 hrs] at present and have remained 99% disease free which is a spectacular number in the world these days! We are thankful to be here.
