First of all, it's been a while since I stayed over, the rooms were excellent, from reserving to checking out and all between. The Front desk ck in reps were courteous, professional and were very willing to be of assistance and meet our needs. There were a small group and wanted to be near each others rooms. Lovely relaxed rooms, housekeepers were great. The staff on the floor was kind and understandable, also patient
(I use Oxygen, etc) it was a slight bit of difficulty getting bottles of water each time I was on the floor. The cashiers were very pleasant, and caring also. Really appreciate all the changes that I could see pertaining to care with the virus. One of the eateries I dined at was Mordern Pantry, I think, they were even kind, patient, service with a smile and the Philly steak was SO delicious, I ordered another the same exact way. Everything was wonderful, Thank you for the extra care and comfortability you should to myself and my family. See you soon.
