Long wait to sign in. Long walk to room. Rooms are ok but not well sound proofed so you hear everything. Staff seem disinterested and lack motivation. The hotel is being rebranded as Marriot. This is the worst Sheraton I've stayed at.

The whole place lacks atmosphere. Things are showing their age. Maintenance seems sloppy. If the rumours are true about it being sold to a Casino group that would make sense. No one seems to care here.

There are plenty of better offerings nearby. Don't go by the brand here. It's well below par!

(Don't pay attention to any comments by the hotel to this review "regretting our experience" etc etc. Nothing changes. It's just PR bs)
