The check-in process required patients to use an iPad to fill out multiple forms and surveys. That is fine if you are familiar with the technology AND the technology works. I was filling out the form for my mom and had to go to the desk because the forms would not advance. The receptionist said this always happens and was just as frustrated as I was. After 30 minutes I was still answering survey questions when we were called to the room. We never had the opportunity to finish the registration process. It made me feel like the process and my mom s information were not important. There were also multiple surveys asking my opinion about topics that had nothing to do with my mom s registration.
