When it comes to top notch customer service Marcio Velasquez and Edgar Diaz are the shining stars at Audi Plano!

I stopped by the Dealership to pick up a cap for my tire on the parts department and get a car wash for my 2019 Audi A4 S Line. I love this car it was amazing it had all the features that I wanted my favorite color it was sporty and I had no plans on trading it in that day.

After I picked up my car from the service department it was sparkling clean and I was on my way out the door, when I decided to stop by the show room and look at the Audi Q8 that I've had my eye on for a while. This is where all the fun really started!

I was introduced to Edgar Diaz and Marcio Velasquez and next thing I know I was leaving with a brand new Audi Q8 in Orca Black Metallic loaded with all the bells and whistles! The way they conducted business very transparent open and honest no pressure and detail oriented made my purchase decision at Audi Plano one of the best purchases I've made so far this year. Considering how well I was taken care of me and I am a repeat Audi customer now on my third vehicle in less than four years I shared my experience and talked about getting another new car for my partner as well!

Less than a week later we were purchasing a brand new Audi Q5 in Florett Silver Metallic loaded as well so now we are a family full of rings LOL!
