Itomic delivered a fantastic new website for our organisation that was not only within our budget, but delivered ahead of schedule.

Our new website that Itomic built for us fits our business perfectly now and allows for future expansion as our business grows, so it has been a worthy investment.

Itomic really got to know who we are and what our business needs and capabilities were with website management. They sourced a great website platform for our organisation which we were comfortably able to self-manage internally. This in turn has allowed us to build our own capabilities and not have to be reliant on a third party to constantly tweak our website.

At the heart of our website delivery was the Itomic project manager (Terence). Personable, yet patient and professional, he was always available to take our calls, to follow up promptly on every enquiry, and nothing ever seemed to be a problem to resolve.

Terence also provided a great deal of support to us as we organically populated our website and learnt the functions ourselves for our own management of the platform. This has been invaluable and assured us we have invested in a product that is going to be a great fit, now and well into the future.

While we have a new site up and running now, Itomic's support has continued as we have needed it. It's lovely to work with a business that puts its customers first and continues to deliver great service even after the project is over.
