They made my hair very gummy and 3 different colors. They wouldn t refund me and said they would fix it and do a treatment. They didn t give me a treatment and only toned it. My hairs still very damaged and a bunch of colors. They also charged me for a haircut when the only reason I needed a haircut is because they fried my hair!
