I took in my 2011 Jeep Liberty, not knowing exactly what was wrong with it. After running the diagnostic test, I was given an overview of everything that needed to be done and parts that needed to be ordered. Upon fixing my car, there were a few electrical issues that the team ran into. Other mechanics had given up on trying to fix this specific issue but Phil and his team worked diligently until they could figure it out. My car was in the service department for about 3 days and the whole time, I was kept updated with what was going on. At no point did I feel confused or like I was being ripped off. I truly appreciate the transparency and high quality customer service. I am a 22 year old girl who does not know much about cars but Phil explained things to me so I could understand. When all of the work was completed, the price was a lot lower than I thought it would be for all of the work that was done. If I ever have any issues in the future with my car, I will not hesitate to bring it back there!
