Oh, it's been a headache from the start! I really tried to make it work at NAU. I'm sure if you attend classes in person it's a different experience, but if you are a completely online student run far far away! It's really hard to get people to communicate at this school, especially if you are out of state and can't physically talk with people. Online programs are basically teaching yourself, no instructor videos. You pretty much read a typed up lecture. And that's really poor online learning. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else that does engaging online learning if you are looking for a graduate program or certificate.
