Dr. Wallace was kind and understanding throughout my experience and incredibly gentle when inserting my IV (after failed attempts from the nursing staff). He helped me feel at ease during a really sad, stressful time. Also, he acknowledged why I was at the hospital in such a sympathetic, humanizing manner. This was over two years ago and his compassion and care will never be forgotten. Thank you, Dr. Wallace!
