My pets have been patients here since ZOOT first opened. I have used their boarding facilities and vet services exclusively for more than ten years. I was very satisfied with the service I received.
Therefore, I was very dismayed when booking a boarding reservation that I was required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. I have never never never had to put down a deposit for boarding. Yes, the deposit will be applied to the boarding or to future services, but not refunded. I am an established customer and am very unhappy with this new policy. Additionally, I had to call back the next day to give the deposit information as Zoot s computers were down. I feel I shouldn t have to beg people to take my money or place several calls to complete a transaction.
I don t even have to do that when I book a room at the Hilton.
