Love the product but the service is unacceptable. Driver called in route to install and was very rude. Didn t speak to me at the site and didn t explain anything to me at all. Didn t ask me to sign off on anything like other installers did. Did damage to my brand new home during the install. Company doesn t want to be responsible for the repairs to the damage that they did. Wish I could go back and do it a different way. So tired of bad customer service. It must be a thing of the past.
