I gave one star for NHC, but to be fair to NHC the entire industry is God Awful. Honestly, since the pandemic who wants to work in elder or rehab hospitals. I m a current Patient at NHC, and their are not enough staff to take care of the patients. I would hate to be in NHC s CEO Steve Flatt s shoes. Now add our Presidents policies it s near impossible to find good help, ANY HELP! I don t blame him that they are hiring back the people they terminated. Don t get me wrong their are some real all-stars here from the Chief Administrator on down, just not enough of them. I m leaving 8 days early than I should. I will do Home Care Services, and it will be much better. Steve Flatt, his board and his CFO, should not be filling beds with a staff under in my guess of 40% short, its putting staff and patients at risk. Again thanks to the Pandemic and our President, the entire healthcare industry is under water. Steve I have an idea to bring more staff, good staff to NHC, call me. I want to help you not bash you.
