In March 2020 I purchased 7 tickets that I had paid for a show that was cancelled because of COVID that should have taken place in July 2020. After several excuses ignoring of emails etc. Still no refund, and very poor communication.we are 10 months down the line, I am now speaking to my solicitor regarding taking the legal route to claim my money back and any expenses incurred. Quick to take your money not so forthcoming when they owe you money.
