Started a complaint about a dealer & issue with a car I purchased on Mon 1/8/18. Called just about everyday, sometimes multiple times per day. Was told repeatedly will take 3-5 days to resolve. Could not get my case manager (Mecia ext 7418?) to ever call me back. Not once did my case manager every contact me & its now 9 days later. I called & complained to two managers - (Taylor? and Renzo?). Both worthless & did absolutely nothing. Just said all they can do is document my call. No one ever helped me at all. Im stunned. Worst customer service for basically there is no customer service. If you buy a BMW you better hope you never have a problem where you need BMW NA. Hope this review helps someone else.
