Please DO NOT get tickets for Universal/Disney through this ticketing office. There are an insane amount of obstacles put in your way as well as employees who either have absolutely no idea what they are doing, or just don't care. They might as well just remove their phone line, considering no one EVER picks up and there is no option to leave a message. I tried for 3 weeks to order tickets after going back and forth through email, half the time being left with no answer. I was almost able to purchase my tickets until "Oscar" came on the phone and told me I was not eligible? Even though I have bought tickets from the same place every year for 3 years now. If I could give zero stars I would. So disappointing, and a complete waste of time. Save yourself the stress and spend an extra $15 buying through Disney, it's worth it to not deal with the poor attitude and carelessness of this whole operation.
