We used the online check in and our room was ready...

We used the online check in and our room was ready when we arrived. We were able to skip the front desk completely and go straight to our room. The room was clean, as usual, but we had a little trouble with one of our wristbands not working, but a trip to the front desk quickly resolved the issue. Overall, our stay was uneventful which is a good thing.
