Be prepared to spend double or triple what any other plumber will charge for the same job. Last experience was a call to them to change an under sink shut off that was dripping. Bid was nearly $400. Declined and did it myself, total cost under $20, (plus the $65 i paid for the absurd john moore bid) . Took me (inexperienced) about 20 minutes, including cleanup. Never again. Their ad jingle should say, "Call John, get scr3wed."

Update: had to laugh. After John Moore "responded" to my review, they added me to their spam email list. In addition to their exhorbitant bids, they must be run by emotional adolescents. Explains a lot.
