We had a lidle in our town of todmorden. They built a bigger one but decided to flout their planning agreement and build the store against local regularions in a flood zone. So for a year as a community we have had to put up temporary traffic lights causing long jams. When they had to resolve their breach in planning a long swathe of footpath was closed and a bus stop was rendered unusable. Finally they have built a drainage tank next to the store which frankly I think they planned for because it was left empty. It wont work, literally gallons of water will run off their raised car park and into the shops opposite. Typical behaviour by corporate giants.
They open on thursday. I as a resident do not plan to enter their store....ever.
