This school is why I have a career in the audio industry that I love. I honestly can't think of what they could have done more on their part to prepare me for it.

Like any field that has a surplus of people vying to work in it, a career won't just be given to you on a platter. If you chose to go into the music industry after your audio education you have to be prepared for internships that offer no pay, and make you work for each rung on the ladder. It's just the nature of the industry, and CRAS never lies to you about it. They prepare you for it.

This school teaches you everything you need to know to get your foot in the door, and helps you get intimate internships that can bloom into careers if you PUT THE WORK IN.

Of my graduating class, each person I vividly remember going above and beyond is working in the industry. One such individual has worked with many famous artists, and most recently has a credit on the notable Blonde album by Frank Ocean.

For myself: internships weren't for me, so I made a career doing production and post audio in the film industry. I work freelance full time, make good income, and have all the standard benefits of 'being my own boss'.

There's a TON of audio work outside the music industry, so if you enroll in the school always be open to all the options available. Take the extra classes, make connections with all the teachers, and getting your dream gig won't be a fantasy.
