Took a Les Paul there to find out if I needed to get it refretted. Tim was really upfront, told me all it really needed was to have the frets leveled and recrowned, and a new nut cut. A week later, I get my guitar back and it plays wonderfully. Good price, good work, good turnaround, and a trustworthy guitar tech. It doesn't get much better than that.
