I could probably write a dissertation on how eye-opening my visit to this memorial was, but I'll keep it short as a review of the location. The facility was incredibly clean and well maintained (could use a few more do not touch signs though). The staff was kind and informative. I didn't have an issue with clumping of groups as mentioned in other reviews. Beware that you have to reserve tickets ahead of time: if you are military (active or veteran) you can get tickets at the door and be expedited inside.
